When everything came crashing down, Bryan picked me back up.My PC had the worst issues I could ever imagine. It started blue screening, wouldn't stay on for longer than 10 minutes, and eventually stopped posting altogether. I tried replacing every component, trying every combination I could think of, and absolutely nothing worked. I eventually decided I should take it in to get worked on, and the instant I called Essential-IT, Bryan picked up with a personable tone and immediately figured out logistics. Amazingly helpful, super responsive, and actually got my PC back to me same day (mine was a minor but annoying issue). My problem was one of serious frustration for me, that was taking me months to resolve through the company I purchased my PC from - and he helped me fix it so quickly! I had an unrelated issue that was going on a couple of weeks later, and he was available so fast via text and answered all of my questions, giving me no cost solutions to fix it. I cannot recommend him enough and will be using Essential IT for all of my needs in the future. Thank you!

Bryan is amazing and cannot recommend him enough! Has has excellent communication, very reasonable pricing and fast turn around. He is extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with.
