“As our previous window cleaning service had left the state, I searched Google maps for potential new contractors from which to take quotes. Justin's quote made my decision a no-brainer. Compared to the other quotes I'd received, it was more than competitive and covered more services, too.

We have our windows cleaned every spring, and I have always power washed our sizeable deck myself. But that takes me 2-3 days at my age, and time was tight due to upcoming guests on the calendar, so I hired Justin to do that job as well, and his method was far superior, took only about 2 hours, and was much safer in protecting our 1-year-old new Trex deck. He also included power washing all the powder coated aluminum railing and glass infill.

We also had not had our siding washed in the 15 years we've owned the house, so several areas higher up on the 2nd floor had become beyond grungy, and we agreed it was time for a full house washing. Justin and his assistant gave everything a very thorough cleaning, including all the exterior gutters, eaves, anything that had accumulated dirt over the years.

We also had him power wash our lower driveway and walkway, and even clean the moss off of our aluminum deck furniture. Everything looks absolutely great! Best of all was Justin's professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction througout the day. I also hired him to repair several spots on our gutters that were leaking, but that wasn't possible that day due to rain. Has to be dry for the sealant to adhere to the metal, so he'll be back soon to complete that task.

Always happy to find a contractor here in Kitsap with integrity who is also quality minded. Even better when the cost is reasonable and affordable. There's a reason Justin's schedule is mostly full, and it's because he's built a solid reputation for his company amidst a sea of also-rans. We already had our gutters cleaned, but I'll be contacting Finishing Touch Services when next we require that to get a quote on that project, too!

“I just learned about Bayview roofing this year through my State farm insurance agent in Silverdale, Nicole Grigg. I requested 3 estimates for replacing my 30 year old composite roof at the beginning of April. Two of the bigger companies were unable to complete the work prior to the end of the summer. Bayview being a small family-run business, completed the work in the middle of May. I was very impressed with their staff and the workers were very diligent and considerate of safety and also my personal needs regarding clutter. The office manager, Crystal personally delivered the invoice to my house and picked up my check for the work. The estimator Steve delivered a prepackaged packet of extremely important information about my roof which the big companies didn't do. Scott Carlson, the owner of the business was very personal and communicative about the work while it was being performed. I don't give out five stars very often but certainly Bayview roofing was entitled to this rating.“
