He spent a full day on the inspection and prepared a detailed list of items to be addressed, some very time sensitive such as leaks and other items that could use updating and repairs but not as critical as the active leaks. We were so impressed with Bryan's work that we had him out the other day to repair faulty plumbing and replace old and leaking fixtures.
