She has made recommendations on focus areas and brings out issues as she notices while cleaning before it gets worst. “Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.

They pay their employees a livable wage and every cleaner who’s worked on our house is lovely and very respectful and seem to enjoy what they do.
