“I hired Susan;'s, at the recommendation of a friend, to do a deep cleaning of my house. I do this every 24 years, whether it needs it or not...my project was quite a challenge and the people from Susan's did an amazing job. They contacted me a couple of times when they had questions, which I appreciated. I had to check the address when I got home because my house was so clean I wasn't sure I was in the right place!

“Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.

Sandra is incredibly warm, patient, and always open to new ideas. For our maternity session, she captured a few Vogue-inspired 😉 editorial shots that turned out absolutely stunning. For both our newborn and first birthday sessions, she happily included grandparents in photos so we could have beautiful full family portraits, and she made everyone feel so comfortable and throughout.

One thing I especially appreciate about her photography is that she focuses on the people rather than distracting backgrounds. Her images beautifully capture expressions and emotions, which makes them feel timeless.
