Teresa is thorough in her services while using products that are either chemical free or products that are more friendly to the environment. She has made recommendations on focus areas and brings out issues as she notices while cleaning before it gets worst. This has been the case in pointing out a damp area in the past that turned out to be a leak in the bathroom. She is very courteous, communicates well and her rates are very reasonable. “Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.

“My mom had a shower pipe break under the crawl space of her home -UGH!! We had to get the water out of there and cleaned up before my plumber could resolve the issue. He recommended to call WRIGHT WAY Restoration. I called and talked to Abby who was able to get someone out within a couple of hours. I believe she sent Erik and Johnny to the house, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring about the project and making sure that the mess was cleaned up for my mom the Wright Way and immediately. When they were done, and the issue was resolved my plumber came out afterwards and did his work.
I would highly recommend Wrightway Cleaning & Restoation. We were super happy with the outcome, the pricing and the efficiency that they did for my mom. I would hire them again if something like this happened again. Thanks for your hard work guys. I appreciate it. Mark“
