“Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.

“Team does excellent work, the company makes every effort to send the same team each time so they are familiar with the home, they are thoughtful, respectful of the property, thorough, dependable and quiet. The few times I have pointed out small throng that were missed the feed back was taken well and situation correct immediately. They come with all supplies and equipment. The company is open to many special requests (such as making up guest beds). I would have them come more frequently if the price were a bit lower ($320 once/mo for 1800 sqft house) but I understand to pay a living wages and support business overhead make this more expensive than hiring an independent contractor.“

“Caio and Suellen’s team really did an excellent job. They have transparent charges, two people spend 3hours 40minutes and 20 seconds (yes, precise to the seconds) deep cleaning my house. Guess what, for a long time I have considered my kitchen countertop matte. I do wipes myself from time to time, but it stayed the matte look. After DL cleaning done, I find it is actually glossy! This is the difference! And the work is so carefully done to every detail: I have a million small decors, work carvings and toys on display racks and each of them was de-dusted and remain in the same place. I really appreciate this attention to details. This is what they standout. Will keep using DL cleaning.“

“We had this company do a deep clean that we needed after a very bad move and health problems. We were looking for somebody who was understanding of the situation and would take stress from us in what was already a stressful time. The cleaners that came were fantastic; thorough, friendly, accommodating, professional. 6/5 stars. Unfortunately, communication with management for scheduling and pricing needs was less than ideal. The invoice we got had contradictions in amount, and what we had communicated for needed schedule following the deep clean was not acknowledged. We had been working with the manager for 3 wks, and every communication was around the surgery date, and she scheduled cleaning in surgery day, when I'd literally be in the hospital with my wife! I can understand some things slipping, but how can you build trust with somebody who doesn't even care to spell your name right in the invoice, even after you mention it and correct it on text? When you pay more for a cleaning service the premium is expected to handle the logistics, it should be as seamless as possible.
