Best self wash I’ve been to yet. Easy access via large ramp or stairs. Large like ‘at home’ tubs are elevated to waist level. The place is utilitarian clean and has self mixing wash/rinse controllers—no messy bottles. Great knowledgeable staff(owner/operator) and so helpful. Will work very happily w tough to deal w animals. And is a great resource for dog knowledge and behavioral modification training “on-the-spot” to help you do your self-wash… or for just a bit more he’ll wash your pup professionally with his full-service option. But you can’t drop junior off and leave you must be part of the activity, too. Anyway you go it’s a paws-itive experience for owner n pup alike. We look forward to returning for more Doggo cleanings.
Christine is helping our sweet 7mo old doodle get over social fear (of humans, dogs, and other scary things) and leash reactivity. Over the last month-ish with Christine’s careful guidance and tips we can carry out at home, we've been so happy to see our pup develop confidence that we never could have achieved in such a short time - if ever - on our own or with other trainers. We are not first time doodle owners so we thought raising this one would also be a cakewalk, but as with kids, each dog is unique with their own personality. This one confused us, she was so sweet and comfortable at home but she’d bark, run away, freeze, or tremble in fear at the littlest things outside - people walking down the street, strangers trying to give her a treat, dogs walking nearby, etc., and she’d try to aggressively jump on/play with some dogs when she got close to them. Walking was not enjoyable for any of us and forget about playing nicely with other dogs. She was also having difficulty with peeing in the house when she got stressed, excited, or scared. Prior to finding Christine, we tried puppy preschool, puppy playgroups, online training, training podcasts, 1:1 training with an online coach and nothing really helped us. One trainer said that we’d missed our socialization window and this was just the way she was going to be. That’s when I found Christine and she gave me hope. She has been so generous with her time, knowledge, and positivity, I can’t recommend her services enough. We still have a lot of work ahead of us, but Christine has really helped us find what will work for our dog and our family, I’m excited to watch this puppy continue to learn and grow with her help!

Andy Bui and his team at American Hardwood floors redid extensive work on the oak floors for my friend last year, and this year for me after I experienced water damage. Both homes had damage which needed replacement of the wood. The team came on time in both cases, people were careful with our belongings, the work was beautiful, and the homes were left clean and in no need for additional removal of dust. On Thursday I went to get my hair cut and I loved that the lady understood how I wanted to cut my hair without ruining it like other barbershops 10/10 I will be back soon?

I was hesitant to come here as some of the reviews indicated the crew would be slightly hostile and unwelcoming. Initially over the phone and when I first had gone in it did slightly come off that way but after a short period of time I realized the crew isn’t extremely talkative. The barber was super nice when he did talk to me and the haircut turned out great. I go to barbers to get haircuts not talk so I will definitely be coming back as these guys did a great job!

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for acrylics and dip powder. Helen is the best. She pays attention to detail and is thorough. I read a recent review about Helen leaving in the middle of an appointment. I can attest that if that happened, it had to be a real emergency. Never in my 13 years going there has she ever left the shop, for any reason. It’s not a high-end shop with many techs, but the pricing is reasonable Helen is great.

I’ve been seeing Jane for bikini waxes for over a year and it has been wonderful. She is communicative, accommodating, and kind. And her service is excellent! I have sensitive skin and she worked with me thoughtfully to find a wax routine that worked best for my skin. I recently moved further away but I continue to see Jane because there’s no way I can find better. Top tier service for reasonable pricing.

Got my haircut 4 hours before my friends wedding and received so many compliments! The stylist I worked with was so nice and asked a lot of questions about how I wanted my hair and gave me tips on how to style it. I’ll definitely be going back for my trimming.

Richard & Brad were fantastic to work with! We had just closed on a new house and a sizable water leak damaged some of the wood flooring in the kitchen. They were able to sand and blend the new flooring into the old such that you don't notice the transition.
We bought some bamboo flooring from them about 10 years ago to install in two rooms and a long hallway as a DIY project. The products they carried were beautiful and their services were excellent! The bamboo flooring stood against the test of time, I can say 10 years later we are still happy with the bamboo flooring we got from them.
Three years ago my sister replaced the entire upstairs including stairs with the engineering wood flooring she bought from them and used contractors they recommended. Again the floorings came out really nice and services were great!
Last week I picked up some luxury vinyl tile samples from them for a small bathroom project, we didn't end up getting the flooring from them due to timing. When I returned the samples, they were still extremely nice and thanked me for thinking of them.

After I had my son, I started seeing Dr Penaluna for my neck injury which began when I was a child but aggravated after a CrossFit injury in Seattle. He helped me begin a non inflammatory diet and gave me chiropractic adjustments that helped.
The office team are kind, hardworking, respectful, and supportive. My young son especially loves Jessica and delights in playing with her while I quickly get my adjustments. I really have enjoyed coming here over the years and will sadly miss them since we’ve moved out of state recently.

I took my 11 month old rescue dog for a consult with the orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Aguilar, for her osteochondrosis. My pup, who can be reactive towards some people, loved him. He took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly in a way that I understood. He presented options for care, and it was clear that his main interest was the health and well-being of my pet, rather than pushing any procedures. I felt completely confident in Dr. Aguilar and would return should my dog need surgery. The staff at the clinic were kind and thoughtful towards my pup and me. Would recommend 100%
Kind staff, caring vets, and clean facility. We had a horrific experience at the Veternary Emergency Group in Lynnwood; we left with little tangible advice to the tune of 8k! STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST VEG LYNNWOOD! SHORELINE CENTRAL VET reviewed the notes, ultrasound, xray for free...Our vet truly took the time to develop a treatment plan. It was clear they care and don't view our animal as a cash machine.

Twist is the best yoga studio I’ve found nearby. They are so welcoming, every teacher I’ve had has greeted me with kindness as I walk in. They have such an amazing beginners price for $48 you get unlimited month long yoga (worth it). And not only that but every single class exemplifies the 8 limbs of yoga; such an important part in respecting the practice of yoga and avoiding appropriation. Both the Richmond and Edmonds studios have easy parking and are perfectly cozy and I have always felt right at home even from the start! I went in with lingering lower left back pain that I had been experiencing to varying degrees for two months. Palesteen found the area that needed TLC and really focused her energies there. When the hour was up I was a little sore but pretty certain that she had worked out the stubborn knot! She advised me to stretch and apply heat so I did apply so that evening and the next day. Jessie really knows her stuff. She understands how the muscles work and how to relax them. She has a very nurturing nature. I had some areas that were tender and she never applied too much pressure, just enough. She takes good notes. But most of all her technique is outstanding. If you want more pressure, she can bring it. She will make you feel better. I highly recommend giving Jessie a try.
