From my first contact to request a quote to the panel install I was impressed with the professionalism, honesty and excellent customer service. I was given three options for my panel upgrade. Galaxy provided a detailed description of each of the options with no high pressure sales. I chose a full panel install. The install was done by Jesus and Roger. The wiring of the panel was a work of art. All circuits were tested and labeled. They even changed the plug on our air compressor to be compatible with the new 220 receptacle. I would highly recommend Galaxy to anyone!
Devon and Jesus did a great job on the hardwire install of my Grizzl-E 40 amp level 2 charger. They first attempted to install without having to cut drywall above the breaker and keep the outside with no conduit. But given the code requirements for a cutoff and space to get 6awg in, they ended up having to do both. I appreciate that they tried the minimal impact route first, and did a clean cut making drywall repair much easier. They were quick, efficient, and able to tackle a slightly different install given I was having my charger hardwired (Grizzl-e can be hardwired, just not as common and has some nuance).
