Sharing my positive experience with this independent operator: Terry and his apprentice son, Jayden, handled a complex toilet leak diagnosis that turned out to be a perfect storm of a few different issues. They were quick thinkers at problem-solving and although it took a while to try potential solutions, they stayed until things worked properly again. They also educated me on everything I asked about!
Terry was very responsive in our email communications. He was helpful and gave me information on bidets. He installed two toilets with bidets and let me observe and ask questions. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.
Terry and Jaden have twice helped me out on very short notice. The first time they replaced a water heater same day when the expansion tank failed and flooded my garage. The second time they replaced the fittings on my old gas line to hook up a new range. Really great guys.
