Called to get a quote to see what might be causing the water on our floor. Gave me a potential quick fix over the phone, and didn't shame me when I called back with another question. Very nice, honest guy. Will definitely use in the future for projects!
There was a burst water pipe in my garage. Berentson Plumbing had a man on the job as soon as the insurance inspector allowed it. The gentleman who came to do the work was courteous and very quick to get the job done. Berentson Plumbing is the best!
Berentson Plumbing called me back and patiently explained how to safely get my hot water back on after 6 days of frozen hot water pipes. Every other plumber we called was 3 or 4 days out from helping us, many households had problems. We haven't been customers in the past, they didn't know me, but they took 15 or 20 minutes to help me over the phone. Thank you Berentson Plumbing.
