Great place for all! A really big space. Tons of punching bags, water bag, speed bag, boxing ring right in the center. Boxing, Brazilian ju jitsu, yoga and capoeira dance fighting. Lots of different weights and machines. The instructors are great! Great environment for positive growth! I would encourage skagit valley to check it out. It's in the Burlington Mall.
The boxing class is outstanding! Such a calm and patient Instructor/Coach. He is also a professional Boxer himself so he gives you great knowledge through experience. If you haven't tried Boxing as a workout you're missing out!
This is a 10 star school...of excellence. 5 stars for the school and 5 stars for the owner /teacher guro Lou is an excellent teacher and an inspiration to many.There is not enough space here to list how hes changed peoples lives for the better
