My doctor visit itself with Dr. Wood was fine, but the office = yikes. I didn't get seen until an hour after I was booked. When I was in the waiting room, I was the only one left besides staff for most of this time. There were two women at the front desk loudly talking to each other about how they hate working there, and then they were talking about "stupid" patients they had encountered recently. At one point, one of them called a patient they were discussing "re*****d"... Pretty shocking. It was really like they forgot I was there. I had my first visit at Westside dermatology with Dr. Marcus and was very pleased with how everything went. The entire staff and Dr. Marcus were very pleasant to work with. I recommend West Side Dermatology.

Great clinic! I drove from Olympia to see Dr Markus. The staff was professional and efficient. Dr Markus was thoughtful, a good listener, and did a careful physical exam. I value his deep well of knowledge and many years of experience.
