I have been through PT, did chiropractic work with other practitioners, and tried to do acupuncture and massage therapy regularly. It wasn't until I was introduced to DNS and started seeing Dr. Li that I started seeing a difference! His approach really does get to the root of the problem. I also appreciate how much he listens and makes sure things work for you.“

101 Nickerson St #140, Seattle“I am very pleased with my recent experience at Elevate.
Jason was very attentive as I explained my range-of-motion challenges. Using a deep tissue massage-like therapy called active release technique, he worked through tight affected areas breaking down adhesions. This part of the visit lasted about thirty minutes, at which time I was seen by a PT (after having consulted with Jason) who customized an exercise program to help me re-build strength, improve range-of-motion, etc. We went through a series of exercises, always adjusting for proper form. (After the visit the office sends an email with the exercises in short videos to help you remember). Each visit built on the previous exercises.
In total, I had about 6-8 visits, always in the same format.
Elevate consists of a team of knowledgeable and caring professionals, in a space that is warm and inviting. I have been to other PT offices in the past that have been adequate and satisfactory. Elevate is co-ordinated and streamlined and made for a seamless experience, leading to, in my case, a speedy recovery. I highly recommend.“

I’ve seen other chiropractors around Seattle, and he’s the only one who’s given me an adjustment that actually felt right and taken the time to explain what was happening and why in terms I could understand.
He doesn’t just fix you up and send you out. He helps you understand how you got out of alignment in the first place and what to do to keep it from happening again. Great energy too. Highly recommend.“

201 Yale Ave N, Seattle“Dr. Taylor Easley was an incredible physical therapist, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. When I first started treatment, I was dealing with almost constant low back pain that was affecting my daily life and honestly just making everything harder.
Dr. Taylor really took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing and made me feel heard from the very beginning. She never rushed appointments and always explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
She created a personalized physical therapy plan specifically for my needs, and over the course of a few months, my back pain improved tremendously. Thanks to her knowledge, patience, and dedication, I am now feeling so much better and able to return to normal activities without the constant pain I had before.
Dr. Taylor is professional, caring, and genuinely invested in her patients recovery. I would definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with back pain or really any kind of physical therapy needs.“

417 E Pine St p, Seattle“I’ve been seeing Dr Kelly for years now and she has been especially helpful during both my pregnancies and postpartum periods. She has cultivated such a talented and empathetic team that I feel comfortable seeing anyone that’s available and have only had great experiences. The massage team is also incredible and one of the rare places where I don’t have a favorite or a single person I’ll see because they are all great. Anyone should feel confident booking an appt at Flourish, knowing that it’s going to be great.“

4041 Roosevelt Way NE Suite 101, Seattle“Dr. Nick is outstanding -- deeming him a chiropractor is inaccurate; he does a great job diagnosing the underlying issue, massages & manipulates the tissues, and then performs any chiropractic adjustment. He understands the full range of treatments needed for your injury or issue.“

Highly recommended for anyone dealing with injuries or aches and pains that keep them from activities they love.“

3800 Montlake Blvd NE, Seattle“I started seeing one of the founding members when he was at Greenwood Physical Therapy and my uncle, who worked with athletes, recommended them and I was matched to Jeremiah. From about 2012 - 2024 and moves away from and back to Seattle and also post covid destruction and also after taking up daily running again in 2024 Jeremiah saw me through everything. I built arches thru muscle work, strengthened my rib cage, stabilized my knees and hips and was brought into neutral. I moved again and fly back to Seattle and hope to see Jeremiah on my next trip back. I’ve seen physical therapists in MT, WA, MN and now live in CO. Alpine Physical therapy is top notch - they use one another and collaborate and they even referred me to the best dentist and optometrist in Seattle. Having had poor health care professionals in Seattle, I know the good ones.“
“I cannot recommend Dr. Seroussi and Nurse Practitioner Laura Lewis highly enough. After suffering a debilitating injury to my thoracic spine, I found myself in constant pain from morning till night and unable to sleep without medication. Despite seeing multiple doctors, none could truly understand my injury or provide effective treatment. Everything changed when I began seeing them for trigger point injections. Their skill and dedication significantly reduced my pain, and the subsequent PRP treatments took my recovery to the next level. The kindness, care, and attentiveness of both Dr. Seroussi and Laura are unparalleled. They possess a bedside manner that is truly exceptional, making every visit a reassuring experience. Their genuine concern for my well-being and commitment to my healing journey have made all the difference. Thanks to their expertise and compassionate care, my life has improved dramatically. If you are in need of top-notch spine specialists who truly care, look no further than Dr. Seroussi and Laura Lewis.“

“Dr. Mike and Lawrence were great to work with. I was having hip pain that I hadn't been able to figure out at other PT clinics. After working with them for 3 months we were able to resolve it. Dr. Mike has a great bedside manner and really explains the reasoning behind why we're doing what we're doing and that was really important to me.“
