Logan came out to diagnose the leak we had in the basement whenever we used the shower and was very helpful. He couldn't do the work that day but Jeff was able to come the next day to do the 4 hours of work required. Logan had updated Jeff about the possible problems with our very old house and plumbing so Jeff was prepared, very knowledgeable and friendly and kept us updated as he went through the process. At our request, he also took a look at the pipes in the house to let us know what was old galvanized pipes. This was our 3rd or 4th time using Quality Plumbing and this was the largest issue - once again they did not disappoint!
Quality Plumbing does great work. My phone calls are always answered and I am able to get on their schedule quickly. David has done a number of jobs for me and I have always been happy and impressed with the work that is done.
Logan did a great job installing a new vanity in my bathroom. He was very kind, knowledgable and worked efficiently. He had all the pieces needed to get the sink hooked up and it works great!
