Hired Fix Home Services (FHS) in October 2025, and terminated the relationship in January 2026. The home owner paid all invoices promptly and in full over this timeframe totaling $63,213.90. Several of the services provided by FHA and its subcontractors, however, were incomplete and defective. Other work was below standards, and some work was completed without permits without the owners knowledge resulting in additional costs. Inconsistent oversight from FHS led to poor quality, and change of scope without approval from the owner. Behaviors were cited that call into question the professionalism of the business.
