ProForm has remodeled two floors of our 100 year old home within the last four years. The first project was to finish out our basement level to make more living space, adding a bathroom and kitchenette. This project included earthquake retrofitting, the safe removal of asbestos and lead, and the removal of a central chimney.
The work completed by the ProForm team was exactly what we needed and they were so respectful of our space and time, especially as our family (toddler and dog included) remained in the house throughout this project. Our proform team and their contractors did a great job on our remodeling project.
Their attention to detail and quality was great and they were worked with our designers to provide good solutions to problems as they came up with little effort needed on our side. The project ended up taking considerably longer than planned due to some unforeseen structural issues, but the team found solutions and were not the bottleneck in the process.
They have excellent communication and provided updates through the builder trend app consistently throughout the project.
Project management and billing were also very clear and well organized.
Doing a house reno is frustrating, confusing, and time consuming. Proform took all of the worries out of this full process for us, and staffed a team that is highly competent, respectful, and so great to work with.
Our renovation took around 7-8 months end to end. We have 3 kids and 2 dogs. The house is crazy and they were always respectful and cognizant to ensure to enclose areas from dust, fumes, and easy escapes by the dogs.
