I also get my brows done by her and she’s the first human I have ever trusted with my brows. She has been working on the regrowth of my brows and designing them to look fuller yet more natural. I definitely over plucked for years when that was possible and she has been able to bring my brows back to life! “Jennifer is amazing at what she does; you can tell she truly loves getting to know her clients. She is so easygoing and funny--it feels like visiting a good friend each time, and I always look forward to catching up at our appointments. I appreciate that she has also been accommodating and flexible with some of my last-minute appointments. I first saw Jennifer to get my eyebrows done in preparation for my wedding, which was a couple of weeks out. They turned out amazing, and she even offered to touch them up free of charge before my wedding, which was incredibly thoughtful! Other services I've done with her were a Brazilian (one of the least painful experiences due to the type of wax she uses) and a brow lamination. Both turned out so good! I do not keep up on services, but I would love to more regularly now that I've found her. Highly recommend!!!“

“Believe all the 5-star reviews!!! I’ve been getting my hair cut by Loufel for years now. I dabbled with other stylists when I couldn’t get an appointment right away, or when I lived in NYC for a while, but there is no one else at her level of skill. She’s so easy to talk to, works efficiently, and just GETS IT. She is also an incredibly talented colorist. I got a partial balayage with toner and it’s exactly what I wanted. My appointment was a week before my wedding so it was pretty high stakes, but I had zero doubt she would deliver and she did (as always). Very cute salon space near downtown. Parking isn’t amazing, but just look around the block.“

Marie listened to my concerns and areas I was wanting to treat and not only made me feel completely comfortable, but executed the treatment efficiently. Finding out Marie also offered eye brow tinting I immediately added the service to my appointment. I am a Designer, Artist & high fashion Model so I can be particular when it comes to services on the face. Marie not only customized the perfect deeper warm brown for my complexion, & strawberry hazel hair color, she gradually built my eyebrows to the deeper color I desired to make it was perfect. It is always a highlight when I get to come into the Beautiful space for a treatment and get to catch up with Marie. “I have wanted to add ongoing skin care from an aesthetician to my routine. I blindly chose Sonia's Studio based pretty much on reviews on Yelp. I started with a lash lift treatment (cautiously) and lo and behold, followed up with a facial treatment with her the very next day. Her studio is intimate. Most of all, I feel comfortable and have total trust in Sonia's expertise. Easy five stars!!!“

“My waxing experience at Bush and Ivy was phenomenal! It was my first time being waxed and I was expecting pain and awkwardness but I can say now that neither of those fears came true! Christa easily kept up with my chit chat that I needed to stay distracted through the process, and I never felt awkward or uncomfortable while she was working. The experience was incredibly fast too, but skillfully detailed and thorough. Today, the day after my wax - I feel no discomfort whatsoever. If you have sensitive skin, let Christa know and she will prep your skin to help ease any irritation. Definitely will return in the future for more service. “When I arrived at the salon, Lindsay is so cheerful and down to earth. She offered me a beverage and put me at ease from the get go, asked me to have a seat in the chair and asked about any questions/concerns. She looked over my brows and asked what I am looking for overall. Then, she brushed up my brows asking if the shape looked ok, with a hand held. I decided to go with some microblading with a little powder fill, I was a little concerned about pricing possibly being higher but she said I want my customers to be happy and just charged me one price for the mixed service. Once we were on the same page she applied a numbing cream on my brows while she prepped for the treatment.The entire time chatting with me like an old friend. My entire process was finished in about 90 min, it wasn’t super red when I left but they did start to get a bit itchy but I just tried to itch around it. My redness cleared within a few hours, but your brows may look pretty raw immediately after, so keep that in mind.I cleansed my face carefully and added the aquaphor Lindsay provided a few times a day and within a few days my brows started to flake but nothing major and not super noticeable. Within a week, they had flaked and looked great. It’s only been about 2.5 weeks since my procedure was completed but I am completely happy and feel it looks so natural. My friends couldn’t even tell unless I pointed it out and they looked super closely. I highly recommend Lindsay, she will take care of you and treat you like a friend.“

“Amy’s work is simply the best. I was picky about where to get my brows done because I don’t wear makeup and I didn’t want super-manicured brows that looked out of place on an otherwise natural face with natural imperfections.

Amy immediately understood what I needed and gave me perfect yet natural-looking brows. Her color selection is spot-on, the individual hairs are flawless, and the placement & shape fit so well on my face. I’ve had my brows for over a year and couldn’t be happier.

I did have some sticker shock when I first realized how much microblading costs, but I looked around a LOT before I ever made an appointment. Prices were comparable across the board, but the work at Boss Brow stood out as exceptional. I’m so happy knowing my eyebrows look great without ever having to draw them myself or worry about pencil smudges on a sweaty day. So even as a budget-conscious individual, this service is 1000% worth the price, no question. It’s an investment that pays for itself (and then some) in confidence, convenience, and time saved. And eyebrows are on display for all the world to see, so experience and skill are crucial. I feel bad for people that pay hundreds of dollars without getting the talent and care that Amy offers.
