I used to frequent the Northgate location until the pandemic occurred, had my preferred tech who did my brows to perfection; however, afterwards the eyebrow techs weren’t as good and sadly I spent the last two years with unappealing eyebrows. To my surprise I’d gone to the Northgate location (skeptical) and was shocked to find the eyebrow tech who used to do my eyebrows! Talk about a pleasant surprise, it was like she didn’t skip a beat after all this time. Thanks Rena! I’ll be a frequent customer again.Service: Eyebrow threading

Veena was amazing! While it was busy, she was moving it efficiently. She was super friendly was well! I haven’t gotten my eyebrows done in while, so I knew it was going to be painful. But she calmed me down with great friendly conversation! It made me feel comfortable the whole time and she did a great! I have very thick eyebrows; and just wanted it cleaned.
