I've been receiving physical therapy here primarily from Marni for the past several months and it's been great. She's always very understanding of my limits and encouraging of my progress. In general, all of the staff I've interacted with at this location have been friendly, helpful and taken me seriously.
The staff is friendly, courteous, and responsive. The OT that I saw (Lori?) was very clear in explanation, and very thorough. I had doubts going in, but they were promptly relieved. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Of my 5 visits here so far I've been very impressed with staff professionalism. Repeated scheduling can be frustrating during a slow ongoing healing process but I've always felt staff go above and beyond to try to make the journey easier.
