They removed everything down to the structure, replaced all the plywood, repaired damaged areas and built new crickets. For such a major job, the price was very fair and the quality was outstanding.

During the project a big storm hit & at 3 AM we discovered a small leak above our bed. I called our project manager, Jeff Eason & he immediately responded driving from Bremerton to Belfair and was on our roof at 3:30 AM fixing the issue himself in the storm. That kind of dedication is almost unheard of these days. This impressed us more than words can convey.

Alex was very friendly, helpful and efficient in making the repair and even crawled up into the attic space to make sure water from the damaged pipe boot had not damaged insulation or anything else inside the attic. “Joe Clark and his team are phenomenal! A leak emerged in this 9 year old home, we have lived here only two years. This was due to vents that breakdown far earlier than the shingles by the original builders of our house. “Quickly responded and got the work done. They suggested changes like removing the covered gutters. They trimmed a large bush that was touching the roof. Looking at the bush, it doesn’t seem it was trimmed correctly or even enough to last more than a few months. So that was disappointing considering the extra cost we paid for the trimming. Otherwise, it was sufficient.“

“We received a mailer from Matador Exteriors in May 2024, with a Google Maps picture of our home and an estimate for a roof replacement. A few days later I saw a message from Christie O’Dore on the Nextdoor website asking if anyone had received their mailer. At the time I wasn’t considering a new roof, but it was 20 years old and I knew it was just a matter of time , so I messaged Christie and told her that I would keep their mailer for future reference. I appreciated receiving the mailer rather than having someone knock on our door to try to sell us a roof because “they were in the neighborhood replacing so and so’s roof.” The estimate was detailed with two different options for shingles, gutters and downspouts. A few months later after some heavy rain I noticed some streaking that I had seen before I got the house painted last year. I called and Matt O’Dore came out, looked in the attic and the condition of our lower roof and pointed out how the edges of the shingles were starting to show fiberglass and how their should be more attic vents as well as roof vents for our bathroom fans. Matt provided an formal quote which was close to his estimate so I accepted the bid for new shingles, gutters, and downspouts with clean-out traps to prevent clogging downstream. We are very happy with the materials and workmanship, and how clean they left our yard when the work was completed. We also enjoyed working with Matt who came out to inspect the project and perform a final sweep for debris. We purchased the larger gutters and downspouts, the gutters are mounted with an internal bracket and screwed to the rafter tails, rather than large spikes which are visible on the outside of the gutters.“

Update: August/23 Had my gutters replaced and the overlap trim piece install during the roofing project was a little too tight for the gutter installers. Without question or cost to me, Blair Roofing removed the trim pieces and then reinstalled them after the gutter work was completed. Quickly and quietly. Update: October /23 Asked Jim Blair if he had any used composite shingles for our steps and ramp in our back yard.
