We hired this company for a regular clean of our 3 bed 2.5 bath home. Spotless home services were very professional, responsive, and very good at what they do! They were friendly and on-time. Overall the cleaning job was great. The cleaners were on time, efficient, nice and respectful. I had hoped for a little more attention to detail. For instance there were some pretty obvious dirt spots on the wall that should've been addressed with the cleaning. If I could give 4.5 stars I would because that's my only complaint. Would recommend.
Requested a quote through Yelp, the owner was responsive and setting up an appointment was a breeze. The cleaning professional arrived on time and did a good job. I liked how the pricing was settled by size of house and cleaning job versus hourly. Follow up after the job to ensure everything was satisfactory was nice and I recommend giving them a try if you need a house cleaning.
