Very friendly front desk staff. Accommodations where mafe to meet my specific needs. Dr Nguyen is a great listener. Made me feel heard, valid in my concerns and executed a plan for my medical care thst I felt very confident and supportive. Dr. Nguyen is kind, very knowledgeable and made me feel as if I was her only patient! I would recommend her to any of my friends or family . She is wonderful!

I understand it's Friday on a 3 day weekend. That's why I stopped to get my earache looked at. After waiting over an hour in the waiting area I was taken to an exam room where I waited another half hour for a five minute exam where I was given a laundry list of suggestions as to what could cause ear pain. No specific indication as to which resulted in my pain specifically. I also asked about two other generic questions that I felt were appropriate for a GP physician. He opted out of participating in those discussions but felt better writing referrals for me to visit other specialists in the network.
