My car wouldn’t start and out of like 5 towing company’s this was the only one that answered…..I believe his name was jay, he showed up relatively fast and was super nice we were even cracking some jokes to lighten the mood and it wasn’t too expensive……next time I’m in Renton and my car won’t start I’m definitely calling these guys, props!!!!
Very quick service and so reasonably priced! We had to wait only 30 minutes to get our car towed from Kent to Lakewood and paid under $300 for the service. We’re so grateful to J&J’s!!
After waiting for 3 hours for Triple A, we couldn’t take it anymore and we started looking at alternative towing companies. The first 2 companies we called seemed uninterested or simply put shady. The third company we called happened to be J&J towing services. Unlike the other companies, this company asked very specific questions about the nature of the issues of the car, exact location and if we are safe and need anything while he is driving to us. They gave us an ETA of 27 minutes and showed up in 23 minutes. The cost was less than half of what the other towing companies were going to charge.
