Their prompt response to our dispatch calls and their excellent communication skills are noteworthy. Lyns Tow Day's efficient response is truly valuable, as it significantly contributes to our company's commitment to excellent customer service mainly the reason for that is Shawny there dispatch she is awesome!. They recovered my stolen car. They took care of it. No new damage and it was held safe in their yard. BUT, they over charged me for the tow. They charged 2 hours to get it, but it was only 12 minutes away. They said there was a storm out, so it took longer, or maybe they had to wait for the officer... Then they said that they aren't open on Saturday/Sunday, so I would have to pay an after hour charge to get it, or wait until Monday and pay the extra 2 days of storage at $66 per day. Several excuses. I understand that they are a company and need to pay the bills, but charging me for 2 hours at $250 an hour is a lot to pay out of pocket.

The winch quit working on one of our trucks right in the middle of loading the first of two travel trailers. This was our first experience with Lynn's Towing, in fact, we have not needed towing services of this kind in this area before, but Romereo was extremely professional and pleasant on the phone, knew how to accomplish what we needed from them, and gave us a pretty reasonable price as well!. They got there quickly, and had the job done in less than an hour.I would definitely use them again if the need arises. You should ABSOLUTELY consider them first if you need their kind of help in the Auburn WA area. I don't think you would regret it. I sure don't.Way to...read full review
