Hi, my experience with that company is really bad. Bad customer service bad pretty much everything. The lady in France is really implicit to talk to and the guy working in a yard really bad communication bad customer service if you can avoid all that take your time and I’ll pick it up. This company is really bad service.

They towed my car while I registered my vehicle with a small error.
I called their dispatcher and he was so nice and supportive, I tried to explain to him what happened and he helped me with returning my car back to the original place.
I highly appreciate their service and understanding of the situation.
