Without exaggeration, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any service providing company EVER!! I called Urbano one afternoon inquiring about a full windshield replacement, and they immediately quoted me $200 under everybody else. After explaining that I’d only be available after work, they offered to drive to my workplace - even though it would be about 20 minutes further out than my apartment - to replace it that morning, for no extra cost. The new glass is clean and strong, and was installed less than 24 hours after I had called. I could not recommend them enough for anyone in the broader Seattle area!
I cannot say enough about how great this company is. He came early, was such a professional and really a lovley guy to work with. He even turned my car on to warmed it up so I could test the window multiple times before he left. Will use again 100%!
Juan replaced the glass in a large exterior wood door for us. He quoted a fair price, did the work on time and with meticulous care not to damage the trim on the 1986 wood door. He also replaced the weather seals and used 100% silicone caulk on the outside rim to further prevent water entry that was ruining the wood. He cleaned everything before leaving and was unfailingly polite. I highly recommend this small business for glass replacement.
