I had 4 of skylight windows replaced by Pacific glass inc. I'm pleased with the new glasses. But, since the the replacement, the rain drops very hard on 2 spots outside of the windows and creats very loud noise. I called Pacific glass and Eden was very kind and helpful on the phone to send someone to have it check. I hope the issue will be solved before the rainy season.
Perfect Glass Company
I had several windows that were cloudy, one you could not see through. Luckily, I learned that glass Glazers replace window glass and not the entire window frame and sills. Great cost savings!
I called Pacific Glass with questions, and they had good answers.
They sent Randy out to measure the windows and provide an estimate. A few weeks later the glass arrived, and Brandon came out to install the new glass in my existing frames. The process went so quickly. Brandon is professional and so very pleasant. It was so interesting to watch the process and to visit with him. He is one of the nicest people I have met.
