I came in with my Framework laptop that I dropped, and unlike all the other laptop repair places in the area that I tried, the guys were at least willing to look at it with their eyes and tell me which parts might need replacing and what I might be able to do to fix it, as well as acknowledge that they don't have the parts or specific info for this very uncommon brand.I felt listened to! That's pretty much a first!So I didn't get the answer I was hoping for, but I had a great experience and felt like they asked the right questions and gave me some suggestions on how to fix it.Highly recommend so far, especially if you're looking for an informed answer.

I took my Lenovo X1 Extreme Gen 3 laptop here for a warranty repair. I had a gpu/motherboard issue. They were very easy to schedule and got my laptop back to me quickly and still working like new after several months.

Recently called regarding some PUP on a personal machine and the price for malware removal. I talked to Aaron (or Erin or some variation) and he gave me phenomenal advice based on my description of my problem. He told me a probable fix that I could do myself. After following his advice, I can no longer recreate symptoms! Now Aaron definitely could have just recommended I bring it in for an easy $100 or so and 2 minutes of work, but he's better than that.
