I have used CMIT many times over the last years. Nelson was very knowledgeable and really fast at resolving my computer issue. He, like all of the other CMIT employees that I have work over the years, was professional, friendly, and empathetic to my situation. He got be back to work quickly. These guys are awesome!!

CMIT is professional, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I had to say before answering all my questions. Their response time for the help desk is quick and all of my issues are corrected before the end of the call. The people are all so friendly, and they really care about their customers. I would recommend them without a second of hesitation.
