“I know the automated administration by phone is lacking, but that's not the main reason I come into this office. The staff here are just fantastic, across the board. Granted, having to be taken into an office for monitoring after a particularly bad reaction is mostly my fault for not saying anything and thinking "Eh, this is fine", but I came for an inspection they were on it. 2 minutes later I was being fully monitored, checked on, conversed with.
