    M² Fitness is Redmond's premier personal training facility. Working one-on-one with you is the most effective way to maximize your results. Everyone is different - they build every performance plan tailored to you and your goals. M² stands for Muscles in Motion, their belief that true fitness is the result of constant and varied range of motion in order for our muscles to grow and be healthy. It is their mission to help their clients meet, re-establish, and sustain fitness goals with training that emphasizes their Muscles in Motion philosophy in a challenging, fun, and safe environment. Clients have had a very good experience at M2 Fitness. The trainers helped them get back into exercising and taught them skills and exercises to help them on their journey to becoming more physically fit again. The atmosphere at M2 is inviting and comfortable, with a well-maintained space and a focus on working with trainers that makes it easy to share the space even when there are multiple sessions going on at once. The owner Benji and the trainers (Anna-Maria, Chris, Damarr, TC, Doug, and Austin) are helpful, knowledgeable, and able to accommodate clients' specific concerns. The gym is never crowded and always has a friendly atmosphere, and it is super clean and well-maintained with all the equipment needed to get a good workout.
