Lee was able to recover my data that was lost due to a crash. I took my computer to another Data Recovery center in Bellevue that was unable to recover the data after charging a diagnosis fee. Computer Surplus was helpful, communicative, friendly, affordable and achieved results.

My son's laptop wasn't charging, I called a few places and they wanted 4 days and to charge me for a diagnostic. I called computer Surplus and the friendly staff person said to bring it in today in less than 10 minutes we had a power cord from one of their machines so that we could have power the same day for his college class! He explained that Dell laptops require OEM equipment for the charging cords.Highly recommend! These are practical people running this place

This lovely little dog greeted me at the door and followed me around the store. There's lots of cool stuff in there, including the USB to usb-c cables I needed. 10/10 worth the visit.
