Took my Lenovo computer here for a warranty repair. Not only did they do an excellent job but the machine failed the same way (Not TechPower's fault) and I sent it in to Lenovo to figure out what exactly failed. Lenovo did a WORSE job of things than TechPower! (Crazy but true) Love these guys. ♥️

What a great experience with TechPower Solutions in Redmond! Roger showed care for what I was going through with my Lenovo laptop not turning on or charging, after I did a system update. Talking to him and going through solutions helped me tone down my concern about my dead computer when I needed it the most. Lately, I don't see much in any company of caring for the client, and Roger is tech extraordinaire for sure! I am not surprised that many of the reviews here mention him, because my experience was 5 stars. Thank you so-so-so much! Kudos to you, Roger!
