Based on the reviews, WestCoast Heating & Air is a local, family-owned company. The team did a great job and are honest, down to earth, knowledgeable, and personable. Customers had a great experience with installations, including ductless systems, heat pumps, and a heat pump with gas furnace combo. The process was smooth, finished in one day, and within the timeline. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything and educating customers on how to use the system effectively and efficiently. They were upfront about the process and cost, showing transparency and attention to detail. The company also resolved issues like a whistle from return ducts and fixed problems found by a home builder, making sure it was better than they found it. Pricing was great. The systems are quiet and keep the house comfortable. Customers would highly recommend the entire company and will use them again.

Thanks for the repair with little cost. Jason is best!!! (Last week big company technician gave me ideas, but next day it won't work again. That was wrong diagnosis. And then they refer/request new unit replacement because mine is old. And then they keep sending me new AC-unit replacement quote about $14,000).
I had a ductless system installed specifically for the A/C. Mike was very upfront about the process and the cost. I love the fact that this company is local and family owned. The process was very smooth and within the timeline. I would highly recommend the entire WestCoast Heating & Air.
A great installation by West Coast, we were looking to add heat pump for A/C in the summer. I had a lot of questions, and was able to get different options ended up deciding to with a HeatPump w/gas furnace combo. They also resolved a whistle we had from the return ducts and when they found an 'innovation' the home builder had done they took care of it and made sure it was better than they had found it. Very pleased with the transparency Michael had and seeing the project through from start to finish and attentional to detail to ensure we were satisfied.
