Based on the reviews, WestCoast Heating & Air is a local, family-owned company. The team did a great job and are honest, down to earth, knowledgeable, and personable. Customers had a great experience with installations, including ductless systems, heat pumps, and a heat pump with gas furnace combo. The process was smooth, finished in one day, and within the timeline. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything and educating customers on how to use the system effectively and efficiently. They were upfront about the process and cost, showing transparency and attention to detail. The company also resolved issues like a whistle from return ducts and fixed problems found by a home builder, making sure it was better than they found it. Pricing was great. The systems are quiet and keep the house comfortable. Customers would highly recommend the entire company and will use them again.

Very Responsive: After waiting for over a week from a different company to get an estimate to repair my heatpump/AC-- I called Westcoast HVAC for a 2nd opinion. Diane had Jason come out that evening, he diagnosed the problem, ordered a new blower fan and was back today to install it.
Excellent Communication/Fair Value: They called me several times with updates on the status of the motor and when they would be back and total charge was even less than the estimate. Jason took the time to go over the entire system with me. He was extremely patient, personable and knowledgeable.

Nick did a great job explaining things in a way I could understand, and did a thorough inspection when he made the repairs. He was on time and got right to work 👍I would recommend west coast heating and Air, their pricing seemed fair and there was no surprises
