Dr Christine and her staff were very nice. The hospital was very clean and spelled so good. My baby was soo afraid but doctor Christian had her nurse to keep Rosie's attention while giving injections. Rosie didn't even notice!!! Wheeew what a relief!! 🥰🥰🥰
I won't sugar coat it, they are slow. Expect your animals to be there all day. And sometimes staff come off as rude. HOWEVER, this isn't just a veterinary office its a pet hospital. Emergencies take priority over your pet getting some shots or their glands expressed. These people are overworked, underpaid, and probably under appreciated. They do take great care of your pets and if you are calm and understanding, they are very pleasant people. I will continue to bring my pup here because they do a great job, just be patient and give them some grace
