Dr Holmes has been a lifesaver. I had chronic back pain for years and felt like it was something I'd have to live with forever. After a few months of treatment and strengthening my back felt 100% better. A year later now, I come in about once a month or so for an adjustment and rarely have back pain.

Dr. Holmes is amazing at what he does. I admit I was a bit apprehensive of chiropractors when I first came, but I'd already known of my SO's mother being diagnosed by Dr. Holmes - with a mass on her spine when doctors repeatedly didn't find it. So I took a chance and I'm so glad I did.I look forward to coming in. The traction table and adjustment have been taking away the persistent pain I've been experiencing. Dr. Holmes is warm and inviting. If you're not awake when you get there, a chat with him will definitely do it! I’ve been seeing Dr. Holmes for 12 years now. When I moved back to Seattle it became difficult to make my appointments so I proceeded to try other chiropractors in my area that he referred me to & none of them compared of how efficient he is making adjustments for me. He’s helped me with a severe neck issue & has been able to reduce my pain & reverse a lot of damage over time. We cheered in excitement over new X-rays to compare the improvement! He’s helped me through my pregnancy by adjusting my hips regularly & we even had a little after hours visit so the whole office could meet my son when he was born!
