This is the absolute best message therapy. I hobbled in, barely able to walk and couldn't lift my leg from being old and out of shape, but still trying to do yardwork like I'm 20, but I walked out all but tap dancing (which would have been amazing because I don't know how to tapdance). Jen was so kind and thoughtful. She showed true empathy and talked me through the therapy and showed me some stretching to do on my own. Do yourself a favor and book a message.
