Traci checked me out a few weeks ago and was so helpful upfront. I ended up needing to return what I bought and I think it was jessica or jess (couldnt see because of hair in the way) that helped with a smooth return. Forever thankful for their kindness.
It was so hot inside your store I stopped short of shopping. I bought a couple items , Anesia was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for her. But I'm not sure I'll be back any time while this heat is going. I just can't believe how hot your store was ! It was cooler in the mall. Why is your store so hot.
We did not have a good experience with the customer service/online order
Associate. She was very skeptical and not wanting to retrieve our online pickup from the back. We had all of our receipts and order delivered paperwork
for her. I'm not sure why it was such a chore for her because we were the only people that i saw in the store around 3pm. I hope that they will try a little harder for others, considering it looks like they need all the business they can get.
