“The Painters Company did an amazing job of correcting a previously bad prep and paint job. When the former owner from a well known painting and remodeling company refused to honor his warranty, Rolando stepped up to do the work right. He starting by tearing out the bad caulking and replaced it with a better product. He then repainted providing a smooth and even coverage. We will definitely use him again for future painting projects. Recommend them highly.”
“If you are looking to redo or have work done to your roof, you can stop now...Cougar Roofing is absolutely incredible. I truly can’t say enough good things about them. We had a new roof installed on our 115 year old home, as well as the original carriage house. From start to finish, they went above and beyond—not just with the roof work, but in every interaction. They were kind, respectful, and deeply empathetic to our needs and concerns with retaining the historic qualities of our home.
Their communication was flawless—always clear, timely, and professional. We had so many details involved in our roof, including fixing and rebuilding a second-story deck off of our main bedroom using a walkable membrane, and they handled every aspect with precision and care. This included cutting out, reframing, and rehanging the original door that actually hung better afterward than it did before. That kind of
attention to detail meant the world to me.
This was a huge undertaking for us and one I thought would be stressful and scary. I felt that Don, Jerod, Miguel, and the whole team went above and beyond to make me feel assured and peaceful about the entire experience, with beautiful results that will give us a lifetime of confidence and security in our roof. They truly helped us preserve the historic charm of our home while giving it the protection it needed.
If you’re looking for a company that cares, communicates, and delivers top-quality craftsmanship with heart, Cougar Roofing is the one. I’m beyond grateful...and you will be too!”
“We have worked with Fine Design for two different projects now. First was our kitchen and bathroom remodel last year, which turned out beautiful. Their contractors are professional and friendly and do QUALITY work! Best, they guarantee the work for a year so any little thing that needed tweaking they were prompt to get it fixed. The second project is finishing up now which was a rebuild of our staircase and new carpet throughout most of the house. We have a funky staircase and Clayton and John have been meticulously cutting and installing to ensure it is perfect. Vlad, the flooring contractor, is FAST and friendly, as well as the painting team, Sean and Randy. A+
Overall we are extremely pleased working with Patty, Clayton and Jaqueline and will continue to call them for future projects. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for home renovation to call Fine Design. ?”
