We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. I had a project to add a master bedroom suite with a closet above my Single story Garage. Troy and Kate had dropped by to understand our needs. Troy was wonderfull to work with to help me understand what all will be needed for this. He listned to all our requirments and came up with a good engineering and structrural plan with his team. The design and aproval with the City took a little longer but it was worth it.

Once the work started , Colin was our project Manager from Renewal. Colin was very thorough and meticulous with the project. He made sure we had as little disturbance and clutter in and around house while the work was in progress. Colin was great in all the coordination with different crew for various tasks during the entire period of construction and kept us well informed. The work went as planned and completed within our estimated timeline.

Renewal had a very good communication and had all the schedules for various activity up on their site for our project. All the contractors that worked for Renewal were good , courteous and knowledgeable about their work.

“We have had the privilege of working with NOR on two major remodels. The first was a kitchen, and the second—our most recent project—was nothing short of a complete transformation. When we began, our home was in very poor shape. The mechanical systems were failing, the structure was tired, and the spaces were no longer livable. “We had a new master bathroom added in our house and could not be more happy with the work. Shawn and his team did a wonderful job and covered everything thoroughly and professionally from A-Z and more.
From the start of our project Shawn sat down with us to find out what we had in mind and get an idea for what we were going for and what type of budget we expected. We had weekly meetings where we met with the designers at Seabrook Design and Shawn to plan out how we wanted the bathroom to look. In all our decisions Shawn helped to guide us on what options would best fit our space and stay within our budget. It was also really cool getting to see a 3D rendering so we would have an idea of what our finished bathroom would look like.
Once the project got started up we knew we were in good hands. The A-Z team that worked on our project was Kyrone, Connor, and Arlin. They were very professional and did all the work with a level of craftsmanship that can’t be beat. Kyrone kept us in the loop on every update of the project and consulted with us to make sure we knew of any potential changes or updates that needed to be made. They were very respectful of our space as my wife and I were still in the house while they were working. We enjoyed having them in our home and honestly we will miss getting to see them.
After the project was complete they cleaned the space really well, and left our entire house looking better than when they first showed up.
