I was welcomed right when I walked in. He didn’t hesitate to try to figure out what was going on with my system and me asking questions. I was curious about why he was doing this and why he was doing that, I was just trying to learn how someone else was troubleshooting my system instead of myself.

Referred to Advice PC by a working professional friend. He uses them for his company systems and gave me the phone number. My PC was hijacked when trying to load Gmail by a nefarious site. Totally froze my home screen and could not even get to Utilities. Called them at 3:30 in the afternoon, Jeremiah answered and said bring it in. I was there in 20 minutes. Took him 5 minutes to diagnose and 35 minutes to scrub and reload everything that he removed prior to scrubbing. Saved all of my data and reloaded it after the scrub.
