Great and timely service, competitively priced and were able to get the old unit out and new one installed the same day in a two story house. We were hooked up and operational the next day. Would highly recommend

Of course the temp is 1 degree and the auxiliary heat will not come on. We are freezing and my 86 year old mother lives with us and I’m so worried. We call a company who send out a rep and he spends an hour then finally throws up his hands and gives up. The next day we call two other places and both basically said they couldn’t help us without even trying! Incredible!!! Then we call Total Quality Air and they send out Jose within 30 minutes. He spends 2 hours under our house in frigid temps and will not give up until he gets us up and running.
