I can’t recommend All Assured highly enough. Jaime responded quickly when my heat pump went out and had me back up and running in no time. He was professional, courteous, and very fair with his pricing. Throughout the repair, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and even shared some helpful tips to help extend the life of my HVAC system.

Highly recommend ! Jaime came out to my home within a couple of hrs, knew immediately what was wrong with my AC. Jaime had the part special delivered from Spokane and installed the same day! He is extremely knowledgeable and shared it with me. Thank you Jaime !!
We had an older air conditioning unit using R-22 refrigerant and were really struggling during a hot stretch. I called around the Tri-Cities area and got very different responses from other companies. Two different technicians came out but couldn’t service our system. Some said they couldn’t work with R-22 at all, while others quoted unreasonably high prices. It was frustrating and left us worried about making it through the heat.
