Went in there with reefer alarms - afterhours tech was great got us in right away and was very knowledgeable . Thank you for all the help . We at MC Carrier appreciate the prompt service and will be back in the future if needed.
I wish I could rate earl ( think that was his name! ) my company told me to call Thermo king but they meant to call carrier your guy went above and beyond and helped try to troubleshoot my problem. I really appreciate the customer service that he showed. You don’t see that very often these days especially when he could’ve just come and said sorry we don’t touch carrier equipment and been gone. Thank you for being a honest customer service, friendly business
Great people. Service writer came outside as I was parking to see what was happening with my unit. Mechanic was working on it within minutes. A little over an hour later I was back on the road.
