“When I first contacted Michael, he answered promptly and professionally. I asked to have a 3 and 2 seater lounge cleaned as it was pretty dirty. I booked this for his next available time. I then asked if he could possibly also do the lounge room carpet and again he was more than happy to do! When I walked in the house after work the house was noticeably smelling fantastic. For context, we have two labs which are inside who sneak on the lounge at night and on the carpet in the lounge room.
