Everyone was getting amazing services and treatments on their hair. Parking was full when I got there but I was able to pull into a spot as soon as someone left. I highly recommend making an appointment.“

I had a little bang screw up from another salon only a few days before my vacation and I was super stressed about having the time to fix it. Megan squeezed me in before the end of her shift and wouldn't even charge me for a bang trim when it wasn't her mistake! She also showered me with compliments the whole time (the sweetest thing since I was feeling very ugly from my botched bangs lol).

“I have been very happy with the quality of my braids and cornrows. The work is beautiful, and I always receive compliments. I have even referred clients to her when people ask who does my hair because I truly appreciate her talent.
However, I have now experienced significant delays with my appointments more than once. Both times, my scheduled appointment time was not honored, and I had to wait about an hour before getting started. I understand that things can happen, but I would appreciate better time management, proactive communication, and acknowledgment when delays occur.(Something as simple as sorry I’m late )
I’m sharing this because the talent is definitely there ,I just hope the client experience can match the quality of the work.“
