The ambiance is wonderful, and she is incredibly welcoming, kind, rad, and personable. We started with a detailed consultation of what I wanted, and the expectations that follow the haircut. She has impeccable attention to detail, and is very intentional with how she cuts. After the cut, we discussed products and she taught me how to style my new hair. “I have been very happy with the quality of my braids and cornrows. The work is beautiful, and I always receive compliments. I have even referred clients to her when people ask who does my hair because I truly appreciate her talent.
However, I have now experienced significant delays with my appointments more than once. Both times, my scheduled appointment time was not honored, and I had to wait about an hour before getting started. I understand that things can happen, but I would appreciate better time management, proactive communication, and acknowledgment when delays occur.(Something as simple as sorry I’m late )

I’m OBSESSED with my hair. We did a copper balayage on my dark brown hair, and she fixed a cut I didn’t feel fitted my profile.
