Everyone was getting amazing services and treatments on their hair. Parking was full when I got there but I was able to pull into a spot as soon as someone left. Both times, my scheduled appointment time was not honored, and I had to wait about an hour before getting started. I understand that things can happen, but I would appreciate better time management, proactive communication, and acknowledgment when delays occur.(Something as simple as sorry I’m late )<br>I’m sharing this because the talent is definitely there ,I just hope the client experience can match the quality of the work.”
