“I've been coming here for over four years, and I absolutely love getting my eyebrows done here. She does an amazing job every single time, and that's why I keep coming back, even when I'm visiting from out of town.<br><br>My only complaint is the inconsistency with the business hours. Ever since the family expanded to include the restaurant and market, I've made several trips only to find the eyebrow shop closed, even though Google says it's open. Sometimes there's a sign saying they're closed or out to lunch, which is completely understandable everyone deserves a lunch break. However, it would be really helpful if the hours on Google or the website were updated to reflect those closures.<br><br>This isn't just a one-time experience. It's happened multiple times over the past few months, and it's frustrating because I often make a special trip into town specifically to get my eyebrows done. I currently live somewhere that doesn't have an eyebrow place I trust as much, so I really look forward to coming here. Unfortunately, when I arrive and find the shop unexpectedly closed, it ends up being a wasted trip.<br><br>I've also tried calling ahead to make an appointment or check if they're open, but I haven't always been able to get a response or a callback.<br><br>I want to emphasize that this review is not about the quality of the eyebrow service. She is incredibly talented, and I always leave happy with my eyebrows. My only suggestion would be to keep the posted business hours up to date online and in person so customers know when the shop is actually open. I think that would make the overall experience even better.”
