What an amazing experience I just had! Jason was able to troubleshoot what I thought was a bad battery and direct me over the phone how to reset my iPad Pro. Everything he instructed me to do eliminated my problem and on top of that save me nearly $200.
There’s just not a lot of these good kind of business operators around these days the other local Mack repair service told me I had to bring my computer into their offices where they would have it for 10 days and likely ship it out of their offices to Apple and then back again.

My phone was off for two days, Jason knew how to immediately fix it. I’m not sure it’ll be the same for everyone but he took two seconds and handled the problem. I will be back 💯
Review #2; July 2026. Second time I used them for service. One of the lenses of my Iphone camera was cracked.. At first it was thought I'd need to replace the entire back but Jason was able to just replace the lens. Took half the time and half the cost. Plus told me how to try to keep this from happening in the future (camera lens cover). A customer for life! Thanks again!
