I have been searching for a plumber I feel like I can trust and won't over-charge me. The last two failed miserably but Ridgecreek come through for me. I have a 1939 house that has a lot of remodel work done over many years. Garth replaced the last of the galvanized pipes, which were causing my washing machine overflow to back up. Even though it wasn't an emergency they made a special effort to get here sooner than their schedule really allowed. Communication was excellent and I have confidence that the work was done correctly and at a reasonable price.
We had a plumbing emergency that required replacement of a 1.5” diameter ABS shower drain pipe with a 2” diameter pipe - and it needed to be done ASAP. The installers of our new walk-in shower were on site but could not proceed until the drain pipe was replaced. We gave Ridgecreek a call, expecting the worst, given how difficult it has become to get just about any tradesmen out for quick service. The Ridgecreek service guys arrived within 2 hours, took care of the problem, and our shower installation proceeded more or less on schedule. Thanks, Ridgecreek - you guys are great!
